BIO
I started my career in the UK in 1993 as an editor and was lead editor on two of the most successful TV shows in UK history – The X-Factor and Britain’s Got Talent. In 2005, I was approached by Simon Cowell to work full-time at his production company, SYCO Television.
In 2006, I was sent by Simon to Los Angeles to produce and edit on America’s Got Talent, and in 2012,
I was tasked with creating a new look for the show. That same year I directed my first cold open/promo, and for the next two years, I directed opens, packages, and scripted segments for taped and live shows.
In 2012, I started my own production company, “Sublime To The Ridiculous Productions,” In 2014, I became Creative Director at UTAS/NBCUniversal.
While in that role, I helped create, segment direct, and Co-Executive Produce a number of hit NBC shows, including...
World of Dance, The Titan Games, Making It, Better Late Than Never, Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris, and I Can Do That.
In 2020, I entered the freelance market and have gone on to direct several projects for various studios and networks – including American Idol and Wipeout – and series directed a host of multi-cam shows, ’12 Dates of Christmas’ (HBOMAX), ‘Drag Me to Dinner’ (HULU) ‘Slime Cup’ (NICKELODEON) and Co-Executive produced ‘Love Trip: Paris’ (FREEFORM/HULU) I’ve also directed multiple commercials, promos and music videos including Chai Tea with Heidi Klum (Feat. Snoop Dogg) and two scripted horror movie shorts for Heidi Klum ‘Heidi Does Halloween’ and ‘Heidi Does Halloween II: Klum’s Day’ that debuted on Instagram and have both been viewed over 6 million times.
